Great Lakes Refrigeration has established itself as a trusted leader in the refrigeration and HVAC industry, serving Northern Ontario with a commitment to excellence. Our team's combined experience and technical know-how enable us to tackle the most demanding projects with confidence.

We specialize in mission-critical systems for arenas, municipalities, food-processing facilities, grocery operations, and large commercial buildings. Our work focuses on reliability, compliance, and long-term system performance.

Mike Freiburger

Mike runs the day-to-day operations at Great Lakes Refrigeration, keeping the field team coordinated, jobs on schedule, and clients up and running. He is the first point of contact for new service agreements and major projects.

Dan Lehto

Dan is the most experienced technician on the team. Decades of hands-on work across arena ice plants, food-processing facilities, and large commercial systems mean there is rarely a problem he has not already solved.

Steve Bibeau

Steve specializes in ammonia systems, the technical backbone of industrial refrigeration and arena ice plants. His expertise keeps compressor rooms safe, compliant, and running through the most demanding seasons.
